Hi everyone, first of all, thank you so much for visiting my website and getting to know me.
Just to give you a quick introduction about myself, I came from the Philippines in 1984 petitioned by my brother, who was a retired U.S. Navy. I started working full time for the State of California in 1985. Shortly thereafter got married and had a new born daughter and became a citizen. I received my real estate license in 1990 and began working part time. With the support of my husband, I retired from the State of California after 15 years of service and began working full time in real estate.
I spent my first year in real estate attending all the training seminars I could squeeze in, while working full time with the State and taking care of my new born daughter. I knew very little about selling anything let alone houses. In the Philippines, I worked as Executive Secretary to the President of an automotive company, but I never was involved in the selling of the vehicles. As time went on, I made sure that I attend all the training seminars hosted by the South bay Board of Realtors, which is one of the major benefits of being a member. The seminars increased my knowledge and prepared me for the challenges that I will be encountering. In addition, I developed a network of valuable professionals that ensures that I provide the best possible service for all my clients. Along the way, I attained certifications for Short Sale, REO, Probate Specialist, Certified Foreclosure Prevention Consultant, and Commercial Real Estate Advisor.
in 2007 while real estate was down due to the housing bubble, I spent my time learning to provide loans. I was able to help many of my clients refinance their negative amortization loans to lower fixed rate loans. Saving their homes, credit, money and peace of mind. With this training, I’m also able to give loan advice to my clients. I work with several Mortgage Brokers which allows me to find the right product for my clients’ specific situation.
I deal with all types of clients, First Time Home buyers, Sellers, Relocation, Income Property, Commercial, etc. In my 27 years of real estate experience, I have done and seen it all. If you or anyone you know is interested in selling, buying or those who are delinquent on their mortgage payment, please don’t hesitate to e-mail me at elvie@askelvie.com or askelvie@twc.com or you can also give me a call at 310-710-6449. My power team is ready and at your disposal. There’s no obligation and I will give you my honest and sincere answer to all your questions.
Thank you again and hope to see or hear from you soon.
